There will be a runoff in the Place 2 race and more than likely in the mayor’s race.
Michelle Watson and Tiffany Gibson will be in the runoff for City Council Place 2.
In the mayor’s race, Ralph Gutierrez and Cedric Edwards appear to be headed for a runoff, although provisional ballots still need to be counted, which will occur next week.
The runoff will be held Jan. 3, 2023.
