WATCH: KSAT Storm Chaser catches scene of car stranded in raging flood waters

The KSAT team was along Old Grissom Road and Culebra Creek early Thursday morning when it caught a car stalled by raging flood waters.

According to the street’s flood gauge, water levels were up to four feet while the crew was on scene.
