SAN ANTONIO – There's a new kid on the block at your local Whataburger. Its name is Buffalo Sauce, and it's on Whataburger's new Buffalo Ranch Chicken Strip Sandwich.
"The sandwich is layered with three crispy, all-white meat chicken strips, two slices of Monterey Jack cheese, creamy buttermilk ranch and topped off with Whataburger’s own Buffalo Sauce – all served on a toasted five-inch bun," Whataburger said in a press release.

Whataburger said Monday that the sandwich is available now for a limited time.
“We owe a lot to our fans, and we’ve got a special way of saying thank you by giving them flavors they’ve been asking for – and that is why Whataburger created the new Buffalo Ranch Chicken Strip Sandwich,” said Whataburger Vice President of Marketing and Innovation Rich Scheffler. “Our new Buffalo Sauce is amazing, and we are putting it on something we know our customers love: our crispy chicken strips. Then we’ve added our creamy buttermilk ranch and Monterey Jack cheese creating a mouth-watering flavor with the right amount of spice that anyone can enjoy.”
Whataburger's new Buffalo Sauce joins the ranks of the beloved Fancy and Spicy ketchups offered by the restaurant chain.
