Officer Marcus Trujillo answers the question of whether you can legally drive on the highway below the speed limit.
"Well, that speed limit sign is just that. That's the fastest that you're allowed to drive legally on the roadway. Now as far as how far below the speed limit can you drive? That depends on the conditions. If you're driving so slow that you're actually impeding the flow of traffic for the other drivers around you, you're probably going to get cited for impeding the flow of traffic. However, in most cases if you're going to drive slower, just move all the way over to the right-hand side and you should be okay."
