SAN ANTONIO – A driver led Comal County Sheriff's Deputies on a chase through Live Oak into northeast San Antonio early Saturday morning.
Deputies didn't say what started the pursuit, however, authorities said shots were fired at the deputies chasing the man.
Deputies said the driver took the O'Connor Road exit of Interstate 35 but lost control of the car and hit a curb and crashed into a flag pole near a Toyota dealership.
The suspect is in custody.
