Biker killed in hit-and-run on North Side

Driver of other vehicle not found

SAN ANTONIO – A motorcyclist died following a hit-and-run crash on the city's North Side. 

According to San Antonio police, around 2:30 a.m Saturday a black Tahoe tried to run a motorcycle off of the access road of Interstate 10 near UTSA Boulevard.

The biker lost control of the motorcycle, hit a curb, fell off and hit his head, said police.

Police said the biker was not wearing a helmet and suffered severe head injuries.

He was taken to University Hospital in critical condition where he later died. The medical examiner's office identified him as 30-year-old Kenton Wills from out of state.

The driver of the Tahoe has not been found.
