SAN ANTONIO – Three men were found dead of apparent gunshot wounds at an apartment complex Tuesday afternoon on the city's North Side.
San Antonio police Chief William McManus said a passerby looked inside a closed sliding door and noticed two men lying on the floor of a unit at La Paloma Apartments at 102 W. Rampart Drive.
When EMS and police arrive, they found another body, McManus said.
The victims appear to be in their 20s or early 30s and one of them is believed to be a resident, McManus said.
Police are waiting on a warrant to search the apartment for evidence.
McManus said it appears the incident probably happened around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.
"We don't know much more than that right now," McManus said.
