Jeff Saldaña is an EMMY award-winning director from Uvalde, Texas. He’s been at KSAT since 2000.
He attended Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Communication Arts with a Broadcasting concentration.
Jeff has directed countless newscasts, Fiesta parades, Diá de los Muertos specials and the KSAT Pigskin Classic. He’s also produced all the halftime shows for KSAT Pigskin Classic.
He helped launch and directs SA Live, KSAT’s entertainment and variety show, and produces SA Vibes, a local music series.
Some of his most memorable TV moments and coverage include 9/11, the 2000 election, severe weather coverage, San Antonio’s tricentennial special and interviewing several celebrities for SA Live and KSAT.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys outdoor cooking, music, film, gaming and traveling.
