SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are looking for a driver that left a young man injured in a hit-and-run accident overnight.
The accident occurred in the 2400 block of Palo Alto Road, just after 10 p.m. Sunday.
Police said the 25-year-old man was crossing Palo Alto when the car hit him, knocking him to the ground.
The victim suffered head injuries and was taken to University Hospital where he is expected to recover.
A description of the vehicle is not presently known.
The investigation is ongoing.
