SAN ANTONIO – Two people were hospitalized following a rollover crash overnight, San Antonio police said Wednesday.
The accident was reported around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday on Interstate 10 near Fresno Road on the city's North Side.
According to police, a pickup truck was traveling southbound on Interstate 10 when the driver lost control and hit a guardrail, causing the vehicle to roll over several times into a grassy median.
Police said four people were inside the truck at the time of the crash. One person suffered a head injury and a second had mouth and facial injuries. Both were taken to University Hospital.
The other two people were checked out by EMS and cleared at the scene. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
