SAN ANTONIO – Wet roads caused an 18-wheeler to crash Saturday morning on Interstate 35 at Palo Alto Road.
The impact caused the truck’s fuel tank to rupture and catch fire. The truck burned, but the driver was able to get out with minor injuries.

The southbound lanes of the highway were closed from Somerset Road to Palo Alton for about 1 1/2 hours.
